Hello, Braxton County Middle School would like to remind all parents/guardians that the beginning of the year school paperwork for students' needs to be completed. You can do this by going to the Braxton County Schools website and click on the link for the back-to-school packets. A couple of the documents are needed as soon as possible so that students can be issued their laptops. This is a notice to Braxton County Middle School parents/guardians of students that will be entering the 7th grade next year. It is now mandatory that your child receive the following immunizations before starting school this fall, Tdap, (Tetanus, Diphtheria-Pertussis) AND MCV4 (Meningococcal. The 2nd dose of MCV4 is indicated and required if the first dose was given before the student's 16th birthday. These immunizations may be received from your physician/pediatrician, the Braxton Couty Heath Department by calling, 304-765-2851, or the school Health Center, 304-765-9314. All 6th and 7th grade students need to bring their laptops and charging cords back to school Thursday, May 23, 2024. Laptops will be inventoried and marked before being updated.
Students will have their same laptops next year.
Braxton County Middle School football sign ups and parent meeting will be held on Monday, May 20th at 6:30 PM in the BCMS cafeteria for anyone interested in playing football for the middle school next year. Please make plans to attend if your student would like to play.

Braxton County Middle School students need to return school computers tomorrow, April 29, 2024, along with their charging cords. Computers will need to be inventoried before testing on May 7, 2024, to make sure they are up to date. Students who have lost or misplaced charging cords will need to replace them before testing begins.
