Day Five - Write an argument defending your preference of living in an area with a colder climate versus an area with a warmer climate (think Alaska vs. Florida)
All written assignments will be turned in to the 1st period teacher.
6th Grade Non-Traditional Assignment
Build something out of household items. You could build a fort, a creature, a piece of furniture, anything! You could use blankets, pillows, rolls of toilet paper, Legos, pots, pans, ANYTHING! Draw a picture of your creation and measure its height and width.

This is a notice to Braxton County Middle School parents/guardians of students that will be entering the 7th grade next year. It is now mandatory that your child receive the following immunizations before starting school this fall, Tdap, (Tetanus, Diphtheria-Pertussis) AND MCV4 (Meningococcal. The 2nd dose of MCV4 is indicated and required if the first dose was given before the student's 16th birthday. These immunizations may be received from your physician/pediatrician, the Braxton Couty Heath Department by calling, 304-765-2851, or the school Health Center, 304-765-9314.
